Job Title: Program Manager for Software Defined Vehicle

Location : USA

Salary: $200k Max (Depends On Experience)

Job Description:

Manage development programs to ensure on time delivery and high quality for Software Defined Vehicle program. Entire ecosystem development with multiple stake holders is under scope

Responsibilities:

• Manage development programs with multiple stake holders to ensure on time delivery and high quality
• Monitor program KPIs and quality assurance (QA) activities
• Drive the master program schedule- Manage dependencies and liaison between teams as needed, Proactiveness, ensure each milestone is reached as planned
• Change management, Risk management, Issue identification, addressing and timely resolution

Qualifications:

Educational:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Agile Practitioner, SAFe Agilist (Scaled Agile), Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent

Competencies:

• Proven track record for program management skills in a complex product development environment
• Understanding of software development technology and the product development lifecycle
• Product development experience with Automotive OEMs / Cloud companies
• Strong leadership, excellent coordination, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to manage/effectively work with geographically dispersed teams
• Experience in using Agile and traditional project management tools
• Experience in Software Defined Vehicle development program management / Cloud Native Architecture based Program development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $200,000.00 per year
