The Program Manager, Design and Construction will Initiate, collaborate and consolidate ideas and concepts into media that all stakeholders can interact and provide feedback. Facilitate discussions that lead to quick agreement on deliverable solutions. Drive to resolution from an issue being identified to a Standard Operating Procedure.

In This Role

  • Utilizes “best practice” design approaches including tolerance analysis, DFMA, DFMEA to produce optimal designs.
  • Process orders and review customer applications to ensure products are properly specified.
  • Design products specific to customer applications and requirements.
  • Write clear, concise instructions following company standards based on verbal instructions, draft versions of documents and handwritten notes.
  • Produce technical engineering documentation for both technicians and less skilled end-users.
  • Learn and master complex hardware and software products.
  • Work closely with sales, customer service, purchasing, installation and manufacturing departments to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.
  • Communicate and collaborate with engineers, managers, and technicians.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver compelling products and cutting solutions.
  • Owner of installation documents and SOPs

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering,
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in knowledge of electrical and mechanical components.
  • Brings strong leadership and cross-functional collaborative experience in designing, implementing, or managing the technical architecture and operations solution.
  • Experience with automated systems, required.
  • Experience with robotic applications preferred.
  • Experience with technical schematics, specifications, and equipment descriptions.
  • Experience with JIRA ticketing system strongly preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Electro-mechanical principles like torque, tension, loading and deflection.
  • Basic knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
  • Variable frequency drives, pneumatic valves and system, HMI and PLC.
  • Familiar with ISO9001 standard, strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Autodesk 2D, 3D CAD, Revit, SolidWorks and other graphic media.
  • MEM (Master of Engineering Management) designation strongly preferred.

Pay: $44,622.93 - $139,578.57 per year
