- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Project Controls, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering/Project Management.
- Experience in large-scale international and industrial construction Capex programs, over multiple sites and large vendor base.
- Experience in facilities construction.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000-$193,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of a global program controls approach that is flexible, effective, efficient, and responsive to stakeholder as well as executive leadership reporting needs.
- Act as a subject matter expert on data center capital expenditure construction program controls (cost, schedule).
- Work closely with the retrofit and construction program manager and program controls central lead to ensure program controls are in alignment with the overarching construction strategy.
- Optimize current processes via lean principles to ensure processes are effective, efficient and streamlined.
- Balance both tactical and strategic issues concurrently.
