Linke Resources is recruiting a Program Director (LCSW / LPC) for an Outpatient Mental Health and Substance Abuse program in Salem, New Jersey.
Reporting to the Division Director, the Program Supervisor will oversee the planning, organizing, and implementation of clinical counseling services to consumers and families.

Reporting to the Division Director, the Program Supervisor will oversee the planning, organizing, and implementation of clinical counseling services to consumers and families.
Responsibilities:
This supervisory role oversees program and staff responsible for the following:
- Plans, organizes and implements clinical counseling services to consumers and families.
- Plans for discharge and aftercare.
- Maintains contact with referring agencies, treatment team providers, and related people, along with the community resources used for referral.
- Maintains treatment records.
- Assesses and interprets data about the consumer’s status in order to identify each consumer’s needs and provide the appropriate care, including age-related care, needed by the consumer group.
- LPC or LCSW for the state of New Jersey
- LCADC for the state of New Jersey
- Minimum five (5) years' experience working in mental health services preferred
- Requires substance abuse and addictions experience
- Full-time, Monday through Friday, daytime (some evenings may be required)
