Job description

The Program Director position is full-time, 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday – Friday. This is an exempt position and does include after-hours responsibilities on an as-needed basis.

The Program Director oversees the operations of 4 certified residential programs and supervises each of these managers. The ideal candidate for this position is motivated, has supervisory experience, has a good understanding of receivables and billing procedures, is organized, and has good working relationships with providers in the community. Qualified candidates must also have strong communication, writing, problem solving, and management skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in human services with at least 2 years human services experience in a supervisory capacity

OR

• Master’s Degree in human services field with 2 years of experience, with 1 year of supervisory experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Human Services or Mental Health: 2 years (Preferred)
