As the Program Coordinator, your responsibilities would include:
- Coordinating and overseeing the implementation of the following resident services:
- Pre-admission/admission process
- Assessment and service planning process
- Activity program
- Meal service
- Medication administration service
- Personal care service
- Resident medical appointment management service
- Establishing and maintaining employee time schedules and work assignments.
- Participating in the evaluation of employees as directed by the Administrator.
