What will I be doing?
ü Providing support to enhance and expand the provision of pre-employment transition services to student with disabilities between the ages of 14 and 22 that are in the early phases of preparing for transition to post-secondary education and employment
ü Working with Vocational Rehabilitation Service staff, Workforce Solutions staff including career office, employer service, Regional Team and Board staff, school district staff, employers and employee associations, and community partners to increase the success of students with disabilities in transitioning to postsecondary education and employment
ü Assisting with the planning, development, and execution of presentations, projects and initiatives
ü Coordinating with internal and external customers, partners, and stakeholders
ü Tracking and communicating initiative information to various audiences in appropriate formats
ü Ensuring assignments are executed in accordance with the Workforce Board’s directive and compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations
Key Qualifications
ü Experience working with individuals with disabilities
ü Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
ü Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
ü Strong problem solving, decision-making, and teamwork capabilities
ü Proficiency in all Microsoft Office software applications
Do you have…
ü Bachelor’s degree in an applicable academic discipline or related field of study
ü 3 years of experience working with local government, nonprofit programs, school or in job related duties

Pay: $48,278.00 - $96,720.00 per year
