Program Analyst (Remote)

The Program Analyst within Client Shared Services Analytics is a customer-facing role that partners and aligns with Program Management and commercial teams. You will support and drive customer programs forward by proactively monitoring and measuring program goals, seeking opportunities for savings and process efficiencies, and providing analytical insights into data.
As a Program Analyst, you will
- Ensure success and improve business effectiveness by constructing data analysis to support process reengineering efforts, providing best-practice guidance and recommendations, and staying closely engaged
- Analyze customer travel patterns and make recommendations to Program Management for cost savings and other efficiencies
- Assists Program Management in developing, implementing, and reporting on KPIs and SLAs as contractually agreed while ensuring the proper framework is in place for future repeatable and reproducible data
- Recommend report or report packages in response to customer or internal stakeholder requests
- Act as the primary point of contact for Program Management within Client Shared Services
- Monitor customer SLAs and notify Program Management if any deliverables are at risk
About you
- A degree in a data- or statistics-related discipline
- Proven travel agency or travel industry experience across multiple business areas such as operations, customer relationship/account management, or technology
- Previous experience as a data or business analyst
- Solid understanding of how travel data flows from point-of-sale systems to downline systems
- Knowledge of quality control processes, ETL processes, basic SQL, and travel terminology
- Attention to detail to be able to uncover anomalies, errors, trends, and patterns
