The pay range is between $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
- Vendor PO confirmations
- Follows up on unconfirmed POs
- Processes both EDI and manual confirmations
- Invoices from vendors
- Researches discrepancies between confirmations and invoices
- Creates cost change POs as needed to update costs
- New Item Activation
- Activates new items in PE
- Updates stocking request in stocking request database
- New Vendor Activation
- Activates new vendors in PE
- Ensures that correct vendor number is being used
- Item Reserve
- Enters, cancels, or modifies item reserves as needed
- Monitors questions and requests from sales support (“N: Drive”) and responds accordingly
- Vacation Coverage
- Assist with vacation coverage as needed
- Coordinate with manager when taking time off to ensure all duties are covered
- Manages Vacation Calendar
- Make travel arrangements for the Procurement and Marketing Department team members
- Prepare miscellaneous daily and weekly Excel reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to perform effectively in a fast paced, high volume work environment.
- Must have high school degree or equivalent. Some college level coursework or equivalent work experience strongly preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of office or Food Service Industry experience.
- Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and PageMaker.
