- Responsibilities
- Help create and manage content for internal LMS
- Assist in development of classroom training and topics
- Deliver on demand training as needed
- Help facilitate weekly new hire training
- Developing training materials
- Evaluate results of training
- Collaborate with all departments to make job specific training
- Collaborate with all departments to keep up with industry and company changes
- Assisting with developing and communicating a substantive professional development curriculum
- Consolidating training material into LMS
- Skills/Qualifications
- Experience with LMS preferred but not required
- Logistics Experience
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
