Production Worker

Just Vision It LLC a digital imaging manufacturer of custom home interiors located in Lone Jack MO needs a Production Worker.

Needs to be detail orientated, fast learner, dependable, excellent attendance, team player and a motivated self-starter that can work independently.

SPEED AND ACCURACY A MUST!! Lifting requirements minimum 50 lbs.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective The production worker position performs all tasks involved in the production of the company’s products. This includes printing, transfer, folding and packing. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

• Reads production orders and performs work as assigned by department supervisor.
• Cuts, clips, hooks or otherwise assembles the materials to produce sub-assemblies or finished product from raw materials.
• Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
• Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes.
• Track production on schedule boards.
• Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
• Place finished goods on the designated table.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Work Environment Work involves moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The position involves sitting, walking and lifting more than 20 pounds for long periods of time throughout the day.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, and days are Monday through Friday. Overtime required as needed. 1st Shift available.

Travel No travel is expected for this position.

Required Education and Experience High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Education and Experience Previous production experience.
