We are looking to fill a Production Operator/Dock Associate position at a national manufacturer of insulation products in Byron Center, MI. They develop and manufacture expanded polystyrene insulation products for construction, packaging, and OEM products. This company focuses on creating a positive work environment and puts emphasis on their employees to train them and develop them into leaders.

Production Operator/Dock Associate Duties:

• Load materials onto the cutter machine
• Get materials as needed form the warehouse
• Understands and performs lock out/tag out of machine
• Switch out wire grids on the machines for the orders
• Measure, cut, count and package finished product per customer work order
• Loads finished product onto trailers or flatbeds per load orientation specs
• Unload and processes scrap according to grind procedures

Production Operator/Dock Associate Qualifications:

• 6 months of manufacturing experience
• Molding background is preferred
• High School Diploma or GED

Shift and Pay:

• 2nd shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00pm-11:30am, Pay: $18.75
• 3rd shift: Monday - Friday, 11:00pm-7:30am, Pay: $19.00

*flexibility to stay late as needed; plus overtime on Saturday as required
