Ecolab is hiring a Production Shift Supervisor to support our 3rd Shift Team in Joliet, IL. As our 3rd Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for all metrics of safety, quality, productivity, cost, and people development for a production area across all shifts.
Position Details:
This position is located in Joliet, IL
Work Schedule: 12-hour night shift w/ occasional weekend work based on business needs

What You Will Do:
Always ensure safe work practices
Create a healthy employee relations climate. Support a team-based environment with engagement and communication at the forefront
Create/improve Autonomous Maintenance standards
Create staffing strategies to optimize the Operation
Improve new Team Member onboarding materials and processes
Continuously coach Team Members
Monitor key metrics and use loss analysis to drive improvement projects
Support continuous improvement through building the capability of Team Members and executing projects
Oversee department maintenance strategies
Set clear team goals
Establish constructive relationships with other key departments: maintenance, engineering, quality, etc.
Expand and grow personal capability
Embody the Ecolab Leadership Model
Budget ownership for the Area
Manage Employee Performance, Development and Qualification plans for the Area
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
2 years of experience in a chemical, food, or related manufacturing environment
No immigration sponsorship available for this position
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management
Current participant in the Global Supply Chain Leadership Development Program
World Class manufacturing and TPM experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience with Microsoft Power Suite (PowerBI, PowerAutomate, Teams, SharePoint)
Excellent problem-solving skills
