We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor – Panning and Polishing to join our team in Hicksville!

Production Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Ensure manufacturing deadlines and outputs are achieved.
• Enforcement of GMP rules and regulations.
• Enforcement of all Company policies across all employees within the department.
• Ensure the quality of the manufactured products meet all quality standards.
• Responsible for maintaining proper staffing within the department.
• Responsible for ensuring the department is clean and always organized.
• Hold all leads within the department accountable for their respective production lines to include cleanliness of working environment, ensuring products and materials are properly returned to the warehouse daily.
• Ensure all warehouse products are pulled out after a “requisition form” is created.
• Ensure all requisition forms are completed accurately and correctly.
• Responsible for ensuring all chocolate tanks are filled correctly.
• Must be responsive to Company emails and keep proper communication with all employees.
• Responsible for ensuring all documentation has proper signage.
• Must promptly report any mechanical issues to the maintenance department.
• Must keep proper communication with the kitchen employees to ensure all edible products are prepared on time to fit the production schedule.
• Must report any problems that surface which may impact the production schedule.

Production Supervisor Qualifications:

• Must have 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Must have basic computer and Microsoft office skills.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift to 50 pounds whenever required.

Work Schedule:

• Work schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Must be willing to work on Saturdays as required, especially from September to December of each year.
