Production Supervisor
Unitex is experiencing unprecedented growth! Due to this growth, we are in search of a highly skilled Production Supervisor for our facility in Newburgh, NY.
Schedule: this location is open 7 days a week. Your schedule will be a 5 day work week - days off will be Monday and Tuesday.
Start Time is 6:45 AM; leave when all the jobs are completed

Please DO NOT apply if you cannot work on both Saturday and Sunday.
Compensation: $60K/year
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily production requirements in a fast-paced environment
- Managing, training, coaching and disciplining a team of up to 25 people
- Updating reports based on the daily productivity of their department
- Training new employees on plant equipment and safety policies
- Approving weekly department payroll
Required Skills:
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing people
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Solid work ethic, motivated, flexible, and a good problem solver
- MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ON SCHEDULED WEEKENDS.
