The good news is, we are hiring a Production Supervisor as part of our founding team in the Lehigh Valley to help us grow from our start up of 10 people to 100+ people in the space of 3 years.

Ticking the boxes? Well, let's get into a bit more detail about the role. In any given day you will be responsible for:

• Scheduling of production resources and day to day team management.

• Providing timely support and resolution of operational issues as they come up on the production floor.

• Ensuring maximum productivity from the production team.

• Achieving manufacturing KPIs and reporting to management.

• Ensuring QC is maintained and non-conformance is being reported.

• Assisting with implementation of continual process improvement and adoption by the production team.

• Maintaining safety in the workflow and ensure OHS guidelines are adhered to.

• Communicating with external suppliers of equipment and maintenance technicians.

• Minimum 4+ years experience as a floor supervisor or manager in a manufacturing environment.

• A history of commitment to your roles and workplaces.

• Strong organization & leadership skills and a love for a fast paced work environment.

• Attractive remuneration (Negotiable) + benefits + performance bonuses.

• Hours of the role are 7am - 4pm Mon-Fri. Our production team will cover 1st and 2nd shifts.
