This position is for a Production Supervisor in the Assembly department on 2nd Shift (3:30PM-12AM) at our Metal Fabrication, Raymond, MS, location.

Responsibilities:
The Production Supervisor will report to the Superintendent. The Supervisor will be responsible for meeting aggressive production requirements while maintaining high expectations in Safety, Quality, and Productivity.

- Direct hourly workforce of Assemblers to meet company/departmental objectives
- Provide training and cross-training for all employees to ensure a versatile workforce
- Complete all routine paperwork, reports, and schedules in accordance with company/departmental objectives
- Effectively communicate with peers, subordinates, and management
- Support and implement management philosophy and vision
- Contribute and make recommendations to control and reduce departmental and overall costs
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree Preferred
- 2+ previous supervisory experience
- Must have demonstrated leadership abilities
- Proficient computer skills
- Must have ability to effectively work with people in a team environment and at various levels of the organization
- Must possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
