- Utilize software to track production jobs, status reports, production build reports
- Presenting weekly production meetings with production supervisors
- Making safety a priority improving the production processes and reducing costs

- Five or more years of managing production supervisors and shop floor employees
- Possess the ability to read and understand engineering drawings
