The Planner II position is responsible for the planning and execution of customer order scheduling at Regal Rexnord’s Aerospace Division. The primary focus is to align order requirements with operational resources through scheduling and inventory allocation procedures such that customer requirements are met in the most timely and economical manner. This position is responsible for the overall planning and consumption of inventory as it relates to the production plan. Generates and maintains status reports and provides information as needed to support the cross functional team and meet On-Time-Delivery to Regal Rexnord customers.

This position is located in Downers Grove, Illinois a suburb of Chicago.

Key Accountabilities

• Meet/Exceed On Time Delivery Shipment Target for assigned customers
• Meet/Exceed On Time Delivery Creation of Firm Planned Orders Target
• Inventory planning

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or a Technical field
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated planning experience in an MRP system
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
• Detail oriented and data driven
• Demonstrated problem solving skills using lean methodologies
• Demonstrated ERP system experience
• Prefer Inventory management experience
• APICS certification is a plus
