Including your hiring & retention bonuses, during your first 12 months of employment you would earn $57,624 on Days or $64,800.00 on Nights

Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour. You can achieve self-paced, pay-for-knowledge advancement to $25.50 and then a promotion to $29.00 per hour.

Off-Shift premium:

  • $3.00/hour for Night Shift

But there’s more … a Signing Bonus totaling one thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($1,250) at 90 calendar days from your employment.

… and a Retention Bonus totaling three thousand seven hundred and fifty dollars ($3750):

  • One thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($1,250) at 180 calendar days from your employment.
  • One thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($1,250) at nine months from your employment.
  • One thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($1,250) at twelve months from your employment.

Night Shift:

4:30 PM – 4:45 AM. 3 days on (Sa/Su/M); 2 days off (Tu/W); 2 days on (Th/F); 3 days off (Sa/Su/M) …

Hours worked on Sunday more than 40 for the Monday-Sunday workweek are

paid at double (2x) the regular hourly rate.

Our Sunday Premium drives a 92-hour bi-weekly paycheck.

During a two-week stretch, you’re working a total of seven days … and off a total of seven days!

  • Operate equipment following Standard Operating Procedures
  • Perform troubleshooting and routine maintenance activities
  • Follow food safety Good Manufacturing Practices and perform all required quality checks
