Job description

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Production MIG Welder in Hartselle, Alabama. This is a direct-hire position and the pay rate is $21.20 per hour plus bonus. This is a 1st shift position.

Position Summary:

Ensure that all job orders are welded to specification and that all parts are inspected upon completion, before sending to the next process.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding in a production environment
• Ability to set up jobs and weld according to blueprints
• Maintain required tolerances and angles
• Ability to correctly use necessary tools for measuring and cutting
• Ability to to grind own work
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Experience Needed:

• At least 1 years of production welding experience
• Experience with sheet metal is preferred
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to work overtime as needed
