Job Description / Responsibilities:
We are a national leader in the residential and commercial painting industry. Our success over more than 25 years locally has been built on the foundation of delivering certainty to our customers – certainty of a job well done. The primary responsibility is to ensure all painting work is completed in a timely manner, delivering certainty through this process while maintaining safe job sites and meeting gross margin goals. This role requires a leader with the ability to manage projects from inception through completion by scheduling painters, conducting daily job site visits, and responding immediately and courteously to all customer inquiries.

Your coverage territory will be primarily within the following cities/towns, among other areas: Boulder, Longmont, Erie, Louisville, Lafayette, and Firestone.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong work ethic
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Quality-conscious and detail-oriented
• Project management, scheduling, or coaching/training experience required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Advanced education degree, coursework, or tech school a plus
• Spanish fluency is not required, but is a plus
• Painting industry knowledge not required, but is a plus
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
