SITE MANAGER

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate day to day work load of personnel in and out of industrial facility ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and safety performance.
• Manage and coordinate day to day warehouse activities to ensure efficient flow of materials in and out of facility ensuring PPE and safety procedures are adhered to.
• Be a liaison between company managers and client.
• Deliver or drive equipment to and from industrial facility.
• Ensures systems and processes are in place to drive safety, work and environmental performance.
• Clearly communicates goals around operating performance and ensures positive recognition is occurring for good performance.
• Models’ appropriate behavior in safety meetings, field observations, and training initiatives.
• Ensures conformance to all procedures and policies.
• Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job.

Leadership Development

• Develops employees through servant leadership, coaching, and mentoring.
• Works closely with management to identify future leaders and creates individual development plans.
• Develops and maintains good employee / customer relationships
• Fosters relationships with key customer leaders through frequent interaction and communication.
• Builds trust with employees by ensuring open lines of communication and transparency.

Job Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid driver’s license & have the ability to obtain a TWIC card
• 25 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Experience in leading (supervising / managing) teams
• Industrial facility experience is a preferred
• Managing a warehouse is a plus
• Stable work history with good references from past employers
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check

Minimum Qualifications / Education / Certifications
Education:

• High school or educational equivalent, Bachelors preferred

Physical Requirements:
You must be able to:

• Speak, write, read fluent English. Hear and have good vision.
• Regular on-site and off-site attendance and punctuality is required
• Work outside in environmental conditions which at times include extreme heat or extreme cold
• Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) without restriction and pass any medical examination associated with the use of PPE.
• Frequently lift up to 55 lbs. and adjust body position to bend, stoop, stand, walk, turn, pivot and stand for long periods of time.
• Climb on and off equipment repeatedly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
