Facility Custodian - Day Shift
6 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. M - F Average 40-hour work week

Overview of Position
Responsible for ensuring all offices, restrooms, breakrooms, kitchens, and common areas remain clean and always sanitized.
Description of Duties and Job Responsibilities
- Sweeping, mopping, dumping trash and wiping down tables in breakroom and kitchens
- Sweeping, mopping, dumping trash and wiping down Restrooms
- Cleaning and wiping down all office areas
- Sweeping, mopping, and wiping down areas in lobby as needed
- Wipe down and clean throughout the facility as needed
- Instrumental in ensuring the facility is clean for all employees, customers, and guests.
- Maintain excellent on-time attendance record
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours per day
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50lbs
- Bending and stooping
- Reaching
- Good hand eye coordination
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial or residential cleaning
- Able to read and write in English
- Able to sort, organize, and maintain
- Great attention to detail
- Diligent and punctual
- Good physical stamina
- Capable of sitting, standing, or walking for extended periods of time
- Ability to always follow directions.
