Process Engineer- Memphis, TN
This is an exempt level position.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Comply fully with local and ADM’s safety regulations/standards and promote safety culture. Help ensure the department meets goals for (process) safety and health, environment, product quality, quantity, processing, costs and efficiency
  • Works with the technology engineer(s) to assists in the execution of best practice.
  • Initiation, development and execution of process improvements and small and medium capital projects in close cooperation with key partners within agreed budget and time
  • Support day to day process activities and process stability, solving problems.
  • Ensure full compliance with the ADM global Capital Project Management Process
  • Ensure all process improvement projects align with SHQ requirements
  • Liaise with CAPEX lead to supply required data, manage the database as well as draw findings and benchmark opportunities
  • Remains current with key process technology developments and equipment suppliers
  • Report project status in agreed format and frequency
  • Assist in operator training of the relevant plant technology as initiative champion managing and tracking all initiatives like process improvements and small and medium projects in the relevant department.

  • 1+ years of experience preferably in chemical, food and feed production
  • 1+ years of experience in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality, production/process, and project management
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): (Measurable value used to evaluate success in reaching targets)
  • Process improvements and small and medium projects done on time, within budget and according the best practice
  • Performance of key metrics of the relevant department
  • Improve best practice score.
