What this role is all about:

We are looking for a Production Coordinator in Le Sueur, Minnesota.

The Production Coordinator works with and assists the Production Manager-Cheese and cheese plant employees by providing support for daily operations. The Production Coordinator also completes support tasks such as ordering ingredient supplies, ordering and managing ingredient inventories, preparation of powder enzymes for operators, daily cheese grading of hard Italian cheese varieties. The position conducts daily reviews and reporting of analytical data, while ensuring compliance to test procedures and plant policies.

• Monday- Friday 7am-4pm

What you need:

• Associate's Degree from a two-year college or technical school required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or related field of study preferred.

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in quality required.

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in a dairy production facility preferred.

Where you’ll be working:

• Agropur’s US operations produce approximately 1 billion pounds of quality, award winning cheese each year. The US operations produce more than 20 different cheese varieties along with whey protein and dry ingredients.
