Reports to: Supervisors **FLSA Status: *Per Contract* **
GENERAL DESCRIPTION – PURPOSE OF ROLE:
As a production floor employee, you will have the opportunity to work in the capacity necessary for the day to produce forged parts. We are a second chance company, so if you’ve had problems in the past, NO PROBLEM!
Physical Demands:
- May stand up to 10 hours per day
- Bend into tubs to reach parts repetitively
- Lift and grasp objects safely with both hands
- Lift parts weighing 3-20 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- Lift up to 35 pounds
Safety:
- Complete Lock-Out/Tag-Out training as an authorized employee
- Complete Personal Protective Equipment training
- Operate all machinery safely
- Complete forklift training (if necessary)
- Complete Bloodborne Pathogen Training
Quality:
- Read and write English
- Complete work instruction training paperwork
Production:
- Operator efficiently and consistently
- Work well with other employees
- Operate fork truck (if needed)
- Relay information to the supervisor in a timely manner
- Maintain good housekeeping

You should be proficient in:
- Meets Physical Requirements

- Experience in a Manufacturing Environment

- Foundry Environment Experience
Salary info:
$16 - $22 / hr
