- Nexien is looking for new team members to start their careers at a plant Newberry, SC.
- We are looking to hire Production Associates, Machine Operators, Forklift Operators.
- Starting pay rate will be $15 per hour (Up to $18, if eligible)
- Shift: All shifts available
- This is a temp-to-hire position
- Eligibility for rollover to a permanent position after 480 hours (around 90 days), but have chance for early rollover after 160 hours depend on the performance
- Forklift or Machine Operator experience (preferred)
- The ability to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment. The ability to work with components that are in constant motion along an assembly line without adverse effects
Job Requirements:
- Background Check (7 Years No Felony)
- Drug test
- Good attendance
Schedule:
- 8 - 12 hour shift available.
- 1st Shift (Starting $15/hr).
- 7 AM - 7 PM.
- 2nd Shift (Starting $16/hr).
- 3 PM - 11 PM.
- 7 PM - 4 AM.
- 3rd Shift (Starting $16/hr).
- 11 PM - 7 AM.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
