They are looking for someone to speak up and be apart of the team with suggestions. If candidates stick out in a good way, they will be brought on permanent. (typically take 9-12 months for this to happen) Shifts as follow: 1st Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm (start time is 7:30am day 1) 2nd Shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm 3rd Shift: 11:00pm-7:30am Candidates need to be open to at least 2 shifts especially during harvest season. That typically starts in September.
