Hours:

3rd Shift - Monday - Friday: 10:00PM - 6:30AM

Compensation:
$16/hour base pay + $1 shift differential for 2nd & 3rd Shift
90-day wage increase after successful introductory period.
Semi-annual wage increases and performance reviews.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • You MUST be able to work Monday through Friday from 2:00PM -10:30PM or 10:00PM - 6:30AM!
  • You're ready to get physical! You will be on your feet a lot during each eight-hour shift, but you won't just be standing in one spot. You'll be moving. You'll be lifting. You'll be loading machines. You'll be fixing machines. If a machine goes down or eggs start to break (which does happen sometimes), you'll be helping to scrub things down to help that machinery get back up and running.
  • You are able to frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
  • You will follow all personal safety and food safety requirements rigorously
  • Other duties as required. Things come up, but you're flexible and you always find a way to make things work

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Must be able to speak, read and write in English for safety reasons
  • 1 year of work experience with good references
  • Previous food packing or processing experience preferred, but not required
  • Basic math skills. Adding. Subtracting. Basic division.
