Job description
Monday- Friday 8am- 1 pm
Part-Time to start, Full Time after Training Period
Basic Duties:
· Answering phones
· Data entry and order entry
· Update spreadsheets as requested
· Assist in distributing production orders and other internal documents as requested
· Preferably someone who is bilingual (Spanish/English)
· Organized and able to multitask - Filing, photocopying, organizing
· Basic accounting duties
· Must be able to follow directions and written protocols
Required Experience
· Computer Skills
· Typing
· Microsoft Word, Excel and Office
Preferred Experience but not Required:
Knowledgeable in:
- Construction
- BuilderTrend
- CRMs
- SignNow
