• · 5 or more years of experience in a technology driven manufacturing environment
• Ability to understand the current methods used to leverage data into a technology driven production facility.
• · Highly experienced in the field of wood panel processing as it relates for furniture.
• · Expert user of one or more mainstream Cad programs, Autocad, Inventor or SolidWorks.
• Microvellum user or knowledge of would be a bonus
• · Understanding parametric design and application through one or more programs
• · Proven ability to embrace and apply advances in technology and automation.
• · Strong skills in problem solving with the ability to lead efforts to quickly and effectively address and eliminate issues within or related to engineering and manufacturing.
• Familiar with CAM programs such as Alphacam
• Ability to formulate G-Codes for CNC application
• Familiar with Optimization software such as Cut-RIte
