Product Quality Manager PCP
Mobility is the goal
- Lead and coordinate the Program Quality activities of assigned Elevator & Escalator projects
- Ensures proper application of the Product Cycle Process (PCP), quality of the deliverables and milestones during the product development and changes
- Represents and takes decision of the quality function of the FQE in the milestone reviews
- Participates in Risk Assessments, FMEAs, SPSPs and other tasks requiring quality assurance function
- Sets-up and leads the Reliability Review Board (RRB), including the Test & Validation feedback
- Co-operates with other FQE functions, in particular R&D, SC and Field to ensure that the projects are delivering compliant to the PCP rules
- Trains and coaches the rest of the organization on PCP and RRB process and tools
- Auditing the process execution and compliance in associated areas
Mobility needs you
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree
- MBA or equivalent or business knowledge preferred
- Certified Internal Auditor
- Quality related courses (PPAP, 8D (SPSP), Six-Sigma, Lean.
- Cross-functional management in R&D, PLM, Supply Chain or KG FO
- (Product Cycle Process) PCP, with additional. focus on RRB and Test & Validation
- SPSP (8D) experience and / or certification
- Inspiring leader and excellent communicator at all levels of the organization
- Proficient usage of office tools, in particular spreadsheet, presentation, and analytics tools
