Compensation: $101,000 to $146,500.00/Yr. (We are targeting $120,000 to $125,000) 10% bonus potential

Location: Remote (Headquarters are 9201 E. Mountain View Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85258)

Hours: Full Time Days

What to Expect:

The Product Owner (PO) is a member of the Agile Team who is responsible for maximizing the value delivered by the team and ensuring that the Team Backlog is aligned with customer and stakeholder needs.


Responsibilities:


  • The Product Owner will research and determine the clients’ needs to determine which features to include on products and will pitch ideas for product features to stakeholders.
  • Product Owners will then continue to act as the primary contact between the scrum teams, product development departments and stakeholders.
  • They’ll collaborate closely with both the scrum and product development departments to ensure the products meet specific objectives as outlined by stakeholders and clients.
  • After product completion, the Product Owner will conduct a final review and submit their approval before releasing the product to clients.
Qualifications:
Must Haves:
  • Previous IT Product Owner experience (likely 7 to 10 + years)
  • CSPO certification preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
  • Strong domain knowledge (CHA and/or healthcare) preferred.
  • Analytical skills. A Scrum product owner's priorities lie in prioritizing, managing, assessing, and approving the product backlog.
  • Excellent communication skills. Communication with the customers, partners, and the Developer.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
  • Understands the product with enough technical knowledge to communicate to the development team.
  • Ability to distill technical concepts to reach a business audience.
  • Highly organized. Good attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
  • Able to manage the Product Backlog that includes the epics, features, and user stories.
  • Ability to identify customer's needs and deliver to a high satisfaction rate.
  • Effectively strategizes and presents ideas to stakeholders.
  • Defines product features according to customer needs.
  • Keeps customers and stakeholders informed of the status of the product.
