Description: Product Marketing Specialist _Hybrid
Job Responsibilities :
The Manager, Product Innovation will directly manage select product Innovation categories and all project work in those categories as well as oversee all product related activities for North America markets in their respective categories.
The Manager will play a key strategic role in the North America Product Marketing team by assisting the Sr. Manager, Product Innovation with product strategy, driving product development, providing guidance to cross-functional product teams, and overseeing product portfolio optimization, supporting the development of product marketing campaigns for existing portfolio and new products across all communication platforms and identifying ways to drive sales while supporting overall financial objectives for the North America region.
Work experience
Interact at all levels throughout the organization with NAM departments and Corporate teams including Product, Global Product Innovation, Marketing/Creative Services, Sales, Legal, R&D, Tech Ops, Regulatory, Product Science, Scientific Affairs, Global Consumer Safety, Pricing, Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Project Planning, Finance, Manufacturing, Operations and Member Services.
Assist Sr. Manager, Product Innovation with Product strategy for North America, including activities through Agile system in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Develop and evolve the positioning and messaging in the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and Local Claims Documents (LCDs) for each product offering in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
