The Role
The Product Marketing Manager is a strategic thinker with a self-starter mindset and a passion for collaborating with others. The Product Marketing Manager will champion UGG’s seasonal and long term product marketing strategy to support brand growth. A strong candidate for this role is both analytical and creative with a strong understanding of product marketing and integrated marketing from ideation to execution.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
1. Developing seasonal and long-term product marketing strategy for women’s and men’s footwear and apparel
2. Leading development of sell in briefs and tools
3. Creating campaign briefs
4. Synthesizing category and consumer insights

We’d love to hear from people with
- 5-6 years of relevant work experience in product marketing
- Previous experience at footwear and/or apparel brands preferred.
- Demonstrated foundational marketing and campaign management experience.
- Experience working in a dynamic, matrix organization.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects and often working under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft applications

$100,000 - $115,000
The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
