Juniper is seeking a passionate and highly motivated individual to drive product strategy, roadmap planning and product execution with an emphasis on Automation and Cloud Management offerings across the AI driven enterprise stack spanning wireless, wired and wan.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive & execute on creating a framework for Automation offerings for Enterprise networking – defining product and driving GTM strategy.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, field marketing, and corporate communications. You excel at unravelling complex technical concepts and presenting them clearly to various audiences.
• The candidate should have strong relationship building and communication skills, both written and verbal, to influence internal stakeholders as well as external customer and partner audiences.
• Present product/solutions to customers, partners, sales teams, and other internal stakeholders. You have a strategic attitude with a steadfast focus on the value your content and messaging deliver to your audiences.
• The ideal candidate will have technical expertise with SaaS for enterprise networking solutions including WLAN, LAN and/or WAN, with focus on automation.

Requirements

• 8+ years demonstrated ability in product management/network automation or enterprise networking space.
• Familiarity with API, Automation of deployments
• Large scale wired/wireless/wan deployments.
• Strong Wired networking background - EVPN/VXLAN will be a plus.
• Keen to Understand Customer problems and convert them to opportunities to be a stronger product.
• Most important of all - must be driven internally.

Minimum Salary: $159,200.00

Maximum Salary:$228,850.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $159,200.00 and $228,850.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
