Responsibilities

· Collaborate with the merchant team, wholesale sales team, and external vendors to effectively execute product.

· Assist in vendor and cross-functional communication.

· Assist in Full Circle style setup

· Assist in updating the WIP

· Attend fits when necessary

· Identify and address any issues that may arise with all cross functional partners

· Provide reports through the development and approval process.

· Offer suggestions, changes and development/ production perspectives to improve products and ensure successful commercialization (of the product).

· Develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to communicate changes / discrepancies / on time deliveries and all management of the WIP

· Communicate all style development progress to the vendor keeping them updated and address any concerns.

· Sample Tracking: Prepares initial briefs and communicate seasonal styles, manages style component & garment sample submits proactively to manage approvals on timely basis at all stages.

· Proto Samples: Reviews samples for accuracy in order to communicate any discrepancies

· Review line sheets in depth in order to ensure all information is accurate

Required Skills

· 1 year in apparel product development is a plus but not necessary

· Must be proficient in Excel

· Excellent communication skills.

· Must have lots of hunger for learning, self-motivated, positive energy, can do attitude, multi task, organize, TEAM PLAYER!

· Flexible, organized and adaptable to the changing needs of the business.

· Exceptional problem solving skills
