The employee in this position serves as a store replenishment analyst within the Bureau of Planning and Procurement, Forecasting and Planning Division of the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB).

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

Performs store replenishment responsibilities including but not limited to: initial replenishment attribute set up for new items in Oracle RMS; set up, review and modification of replenishment parameters for new or established store locations to achieve service level goals and inventory plans. Reviews and adjusts replenishment attributes during the item lifecycle for assigned items. Reviews all ad-hoc analysis relating to store replenishment.

Maintain Rule Sets: Identify unique sales patterns by item/store intersection based upon volume, variability and frequency. Apply and maintain the replenishment methods and parameters attached to each rule set and apply individually to each item/store intersection. Ongoing analysis to support the statewide management of item/store specific setup based upon sales patterns and the ability to re-evaluate as needed. Analyze, assess, review and make adjustments to support promotional in line inventory positioning at the store level.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  Full-time employment.
• Multiple positions may be filled from this posting.
• Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.
• Telework: You will have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree; or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Other Requirements:

• You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Legal Requirements:

• A conditional offer of employment will require submission of criminal history reports.
• You must pass a background investigation. An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code. Other criminal convictions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
