IMKO and our local Client are hiring a Procurement Analyst. If you have worked or worked in a similar filed of Procurement Analyst, we encourage you to apply. Procurement Analyst focus on timely results, maintain and build customer relationships. Procurement Analyst often take immediate action making quality decisions to resolve customer concerns. Procurement Analyst Responsibilities are, however, will not be limited to:

1. Assist in Development and implementation to systems and processes to fully utilize our MRP system
2. Liaise between supply Chain, Sales and Operations to ensure both demand and production are accurately depicted in our systems
3. Maintain and ensure accuracy of system data from all aspects – demand, production, costs and inventory
4. Develop best practice to ensure system outputs are easily understood and actionable
5. Facilitate supplier set up and maintenance for MRP and financial systems
6. Maintain adherence to procurement best and ethical practices
7. Establish and maintain proactive communication with internal stakeholders, providing expertise for cross-functional activities
8. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and R&D to support innovation/renovation product development activities and timelines
9. Special projects and problem-solving initiatives, as assigned
10. Duties subject to change at any time necessary, as deemed by management to meet the needs of the business

Skills and Knowledge

1. BA or BS degree in the fields of; logistic Management, Business or Economics with 3+ years of food/beverage procurement experience, preferred. (Or equivalent 5+ years of work experience in related industry with PAA and or CPP certifications)
2. Demonstrated success in system and data management
3. Possess a continuous improvement mindset and execution of business activities
4. Proven ability to manage multiple projects/tasks concurrently with the ability to prioritize work
5. Excellent analytical and reporting skills in Microsoft Office and MRP/ERP systems
6. Comfortable leading and working with change
7. Excellent influencing and communication skills
8. Reasoning Ability and Creativity
9. Ability to creatively solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
10. Excellent time management and organization skills
