Summary: Sevan is searching for an engaged and organized Procurement Coordinator to join our team onsite at Fort Jackson. In this role, you will assist our overall Change of Occupancy Maintenance (COM) operation by procuring materials and coordinating with vendors. You will oversee receiving, ordering, warehousing, materials distribution operations, data input and administrative functions and report directly to the Property Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Day to day oversight of materials receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations
• Daily interactions with COM subcontractor crews to ensure they are resourced with materials to perform scope of work.
• Effective and safe use of warehouse equipment
• Maintains documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities/materials
• Assists delivery of materials where required within FT Gordon installation
• High degree of inventory management & accuracy in Smartsheet or similar system
• Work collaboratively in small teams to improve the operations of immediate work group by offering ideas, identifying issues, and respecting team members

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• 1 - 3 years warehouse operations required.
• 1 - 2 years procurement coordinator/logistics experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA and other environmental regulations, OSHA 30 certificate.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Smartsheet and Fastfield a plus.
