Regeneron is looking to for a Process Sciences Associate to join our Process Data Management team. Process Data Management supports the Manufacturing and Process Sciences departments through monitoring of manufacturing process performance, performing data analyses, and using quality engineering tools to ensure Regeneron continues to produce safe and effective products. This position will be responsible for using statistical process control and visualization tools to monitor Drug Product (DP) manufacturing process performance, identify trends, and support investigations. In this fast-paced environment, Process Sciences Associates have an opportunity to work on numerous aspects of the process and business.


As a Process Sciences Associate, a typical day might include the following:

  • Analyzing DP manufacturing process data, identifying trends, and raising abnormalities.
  • Creating new analytical tools, dashboards or data models using historical data to predict and understand process trends.
  • Collaborating with other departments (DP Process Sciences, DP MSAT, External Manufacturing, etc.) to support the efficient monitoring of Drug Product manufacturing processes.
  • Using project management skills to work cross functionally to develop new, or improve existing, dashboards to meet user needs.
  • Presenting on project status, team metrics, and DP manufacturing data during cross functional meetings.
  • Leverage existing data sources and organize the acquisition of data to support visualization on dashboards.
  • Training members of other departments on the use of software and analytical tools developed by the team.

To be considered for the Process Sciences Associate position you must have a BS/BA in life sciences/engineering or related field; Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or Mathematics preferred. For various levels you must have the following:
Process Sciences Associate I: BS/BA in life sciences/engineering or related field; Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or Mathematics preferred
Process Sciences Associate II: BS/BA in life sciences/engineering or related field; Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or Mathematics preferred and 2+years of relevant experience
Process Sciences Associate III: BS/BA in life sciences/engineering or related field; Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or Mathematics preferred and 5+ years or relevant experience.

Experience with Drug Product (DP) and/or knowledge of DP is preferred. Project management experience/exposure is preferred.
Level is determined based on qualifications relevant to the role.

Salary Range (annually)

$55,700.00 - $121,300.00
