General duties:

• Load and unload transfer truck.
• Understand the operation and safety requirements of production equipment.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized plant.
• Report any unsafe conditions to the immediate supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Mixer Duties:

• Label product correctly.
• Package product as instructed.
• Manufacture product accordingly to process instructions.
• Monitor and adjust processes to maintain product parameters and quality.
• Maintain quality control checklists.
• Notify supervisor if product is running out of spec.
• Performing the mixing process instruction.
• Performing the plasticizer Absorption curve instruction.
• Performing the critical non lead/rigid cleanup instructions.

Extruder/Packaging duties:

• Label product correctly.
• Package product as instructed.
• Visually inspect pellets.
• Notify supervisor if product is running out of spec.
• Performing the pellet quality instruction.
• Performing the critical nonlead/rigid cleanup instructions.
• Performing the Line 10 W & P instructions.
• Performing the Final inspections.
• Performing the Line 9 D/S instruction.
• Performing the Littleford high intensity mixing instructions.
• Performing the Line 13 Instructions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.86 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Butler, IN 46721: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
