Process Operations Manager
- Work with customer service group/sales team to ensure that contracted services (trade profits, sales of real estate, oil and gas and renewables) have been complete
- Correspond with timber, oil and gas, renewable energy vendors and suppliers to review if the holding company purchasing objectives have been meet
- Dialogue with the security/enforcement team which monitors secured trust holdings for compliance
- Team up with logistics team to plan, arrange and ensure transport agreements are carried fulfilled
- Attend meetings as part of a internal and external group (zoom, Microsoft teams) with government officials from various states for purchase of properties from auctions, purchase of facilities needed for operations
- Conduct bi-weekly meetings with Global, Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids offices for Anton R Williams Holding Co personnel for review of status for all operational projects
- Work with lawyers and accountants for legal structure and financial reconciliation for operations have meet compliance
