Job description

Private Duty LPN/RN to provide skilled nursing care to patient requiring professional nursing services in accordance with physician’s order and in compliance with company policies/procedures, state and federal regulations.

To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation; including, but not limited to:

• Implement physician orders in a timely, complete and accurate manner Ensure the safety of the treatment procedures, patient and environment at all times
• Incorporate new technologies and interventions for patient care Follow emergency procedures when necessary
• Maintain appropriate documentation of care provided to patient and any communication with the patients’ physician
• Comply with state and federal regulations
• Communicate information effectively to supervisor and others in a timely manner

Experience: One (1) year experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred

• Licensing/Certification/Education Requirements:
• Graduate of a Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) Program or RN Program
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Current Red Cross/American Heart Association CPR Certification
• Current State Driver’s License
• COVID Vaccine (1st and 2nd) required

Equipment Physical Requirements:

• Job will require frequent lifting of objects up to 40 pounds
