Missing that one-on-one patient connection? We are looking for an RN or LPN to add to our valued team of long term in-home nurses- interviewing and hiring immediately!

This position provides compassionate one-on-one care for an individual with critical care special needs living in her own home in the Evart area.

Assessment of patient health status, monitoring labs, maintaining nutritional status, implementation of infection control program and health team collaboration are an integral part of the nursing role in this in-home setting.

A typical day as an In-Home Nurse may include:

• Provide quality skilled nursing while adhering to all regulations & policies
• Observes signs and symptoms and reports to the physician and/or other appropriate health professionals as often as needed, or upon changes in the patient’s condition
• Administer medications, feedings, and treatments according to the plan of care
• Effectively & professional collaborate with other members of the team
• Accurately document work and completing all required charting
• Exhibit critical thinking for continuous improvement of services and the agency

Part-Time Day Shift Position Available with recent wage increases- now paying RNs $38.50 per hour and LPNs $32.50 per hour!
