Job Overview

Responsible for operating a Halm offset printing press. You will be responsible for setting up and operating the equipment to meet customer order specs.

This is a first shift position, from 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain production to meet job specifications on production orders, proofs and supplied samples
• Troubleshoot related issues that may arise. Make adjustments and corrections to meet production and quality standards
• Communicate any concerns or issues that would compromise quality, schedules or safety to your supervisor
• Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge & Skills

• Minimum six months to one year of experience in a related environment preferred
• High Mechanical aptitude is preferred
• Basic math skills required
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude
• Attention to detail
• Ability to distinguish colors
• Must be able to stand for an entire shift
• Ability to lift 30-40 pounds on a consistent basis
• Experience running a 2-color press is preferred
