The Role
As the lead Sales Recruiter for North America, you will play a key role in fueling the company growth through hiring top sales talent. This role will partner directly with key internal stakeholders in sales leadership to align headcount and growth plans with talent pipelines. This role will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition and lead the North America effort in aligning sales and pre-sales talent to headcount planning across all business units and AspenTech businesses.
Your Impact
  • Perform full lifecycle recruitment of sales and pre-sales talent to align with overall North America headcount strategy.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with leaders, vendors, community organizations, and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility.
  • Ensure talent pipelines are reflective of diversity talent.
  • Consult with hiring managers prior to initiating recruitment process ensuring that all position requirements and recruitment expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified leaders.
  • Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify and recruit the very best candidates.
  • Maintain appropriate recruiting metrics and report on them weekly/monthly as needed.
  • Support forecast changes in workplace skill competencies via the identification of gaps that can be filled via sourcing activities.
  • Successfully implement cost-effective recruitment strategies to fill positions (i.e., employee referrals, internet postings, networking, job fairs).
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree, or related experience required.
  • 5+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting with preferably at least one year of sales recruitment experience.
  • An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, wage and salary trends, and relationship management.
  • Proficient presentation skills with an ability to communicate with executives.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Should be a critical thinking, creative, innovative, and flexible individual.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Demonstrated strength in MS Office applications.
  • Experience in applicant tracking software.
