Inside the Role

Daimler Truck North America is seeking an organized and hard working Aftermarket Parts Pricing Analyst to join our team in Fort Mill, SC. In the Aftermarket organization, our empowered team and distribution network create and market industry-leading products, services and solutions. This position delivers utmost customer support by providing timely resolutions to pricing inquiries, part load requests and sales order investigations. Additionally, the role will be responsible for improving team processes, systems capabilities, and controls to optimize team operations.

Position offers a starting salary range of $74,500 - $95,000 USD

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

Qualifikationen

What You Drive at DTNA

  • Provide accurate and rapid response to dealer and distributor pricing inquiries for new and existing parts, to support DTNA’s revenue for aftermarket products
  • Support dealer and distributor needs by working through requests with a Customer Experience (CX) mindset
  • Research and resolve pricing errors on sales order/invoice exception reports in SAP application
  • Analyze dealer inquiries to identify and report high visibility activity requiring formal action by senior management
  • Develop, communicate and monitor departmental KPIs related to customer support activities to ensure customer service level commitments are maintained
  • Work with external departments and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate part and cost updates to support daily pricing activities
  • Continuously identify areas for improvement and enhancements to systems, processes, and controls
  • Document and implement improvements to systems and processes for optimization of team operations
  • Ensure controls are in place and assist in the annual ICS (Internal Controls) audit process for aftermarket pricing

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business or related quantitative field
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience or 6 years experience in lieu of degree
  • Intermediate to Advanced experience with SAP and Salesforce
  • Ability to learn quickly and deliver results with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrate passion to deliver utmost customer service
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with external and internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrate ability to learn systems, and work with IT to develop new functionalities
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and follow up on assigned tasks
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem solving & decision making skills
  • Intermediate reporting and Microsoft Excel skills (pivot, v-lookup)
  • Continuous Improvement experience with processes and systems (process mapping, etc)
