The MDO Pricing and Commercialization Analyst is part of the MDO Pricing and Commercialization team whose goal is to ensure that products and services are introduced to the market using the latest pricing and value driven models. This role is a unique cross-functional and cross-product opportunity with exposure to, high priority products, tech enabled services and market expansion initiatives.

Job Description
  • Develop KPIs to monitor product performance to ensure successful pricing execution
  • Develop a deep understanding of cost elements of each product
  • Identify pricing, licensing, and packaging opportunities to simplify sales motion and increase value capture
  • Supports XaaS Pricing Review Committee to ensure adherence as products are launched to market
  • Partner with Global Commercial Operations to ensure a seamless Q2C (Quote to Cash) process
  • Partner with stakeholders and business leaders to provide strategic insights and recommendations to drive process improvements
  • Manage and execute on timelines for Pricebook release working with other teams as necessary e.g., Legal, Finance, GCO, Marketing and Product Management.
    • Including:
      • Manage MDO price book project timelines and submittals
      • Quote creation/price calculation testing in Q2C system
      • Sales support/sales training on Q2C platforms
      • Product Marketing support of price book entry process and procedures

Education / Experience:
Education requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business
Related experience: 3+ years of professional experience in product commercialization management or similar role.

Skills:
  • Experience in Quote to Cash Processes – designing, testing, creating frameworks and implementation.
  • Pricing framework development in response to newly released MDO products or services
  • Structured project management mindset with ability to drive projects to completion
  • Experience in customer service or help desk roles
  • The ability to articulate and analyze Subscription vs legacy pricing models
  • Extremely organized and able to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and writing skills
  • Understanding, knowledge, and practical experience working across Oncology/healthcare product portfolios and its key players (pharma, medical device, providers, etc.) (desirable)
  • Experience in the healthcare, healthcare IT or software industry with implementing scalable enterprise solutions (desirable)
  • Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Min $59,400 - Max $101,000
